Robert Yap Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Been at the helm of the business for more than three decades, with immense drive and passion for SCM excellence. Widely recognised for his significant contributions and thought-leadership to the SCM industry, he was conferred to the Asia Logistics Hall of Fame 2003, and awarded the 'Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year' (EOY) Singapore 2007. Invited to advise various local, regional and industry trade associations such as ASEAN-Business Advisory Council, Singapore Business Federation (SBF), IES and MPA. Founding Chairman of Supply Chain Asia - a community of more than 17,000 supply chain professionals based in Asia.
Lun Kai Shen Chief Financial Officer and Head, North Asia & Australia
Drives strategic focus and financial planning for the long-term goals of the business, including corporate development, legal and compliance. Head regional management in North Asia & Australia. Graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto, with track record in corporate development and financial related roles in various industries, including the IT and Logistics industries.
Jason Stevens Chief Commercial Officer
Overall-in-charge of commercial activities, including sales, solutions and implementation, program management, business enabling strategies and operations excellence. Heads country management of YCH Indonesia. Received business education (Sales & Marketing/Commercial Management) from Wharton University, with track record in commercial leadership roles in various markets such as ASEAN, Middle East, USA and China.
Catherine Yap VP, Corporate Services
Heads Corporate Audit,Procurement, Insurance and Facility Management. Graduated from the London School of Accountancy and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK), with diverse experience infinance,taxation, risk management and audit.
Margaret Toh VP, Human Capital & Brand Equity
Leads the Human Resource and Corporate Comms Functions. Drives business performance of YCH India. Graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada and a MBA from National University of Singapore, with cross functional exposure, including past concurrent roles heading ASEAN, leading new market's start up in India and acting as corporate sponsor in strategic accounts.
Roger Yap VP, China &Operations
Drives business performance of the Group in China. Strategic role in operations management, including driving SCM solutions execution and enhancement. Graduated in the pioneer batch of the Future China Advanced Leaders Programme from Nanyang Technological University Business School, and has over 25 years of experience in supply chain management and solutions execution, including setting up green field operations in APAC, across electronics, consumers and chemical/health care industries.
Philip Tan VP, ASEAN
Region head of ASEAN countries and business development for strategic businesses and special projects. Currently serves as member of Singapore National Committee of Pacific Economic Conference (SINCPEC) and sits in the Audit Committee of the Singapore Children's Society. Also served as a member of Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore (ASAS). Past President of Singapore Advertisers Association and Founding member -Marketing Asia. Tertiary Post Grad Diploma in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and has over 25 years of business management experience with leading IT and electronics brands holding responsibilities spanning ASEAN and Oceania.
Alec Ang Chief Information Officer
Leads as CIO for the Group, establishing IT directions moving forward including strategy alignment, commercial engagements as well as change management. Has an MSc.in International Logistics from Georgia Tech, and MBA from the Nanyang Business School, with a track record in Supply Chain Management industry serving global accounts, and a stint in an entrepreneurial IT start up.
Simon Moon VP, North Asia Sales & Global Freight
Drives Sales for the North Asia region, Freight Management, and strategic account development. Leads KDM (Korean Desk Management) Has a Bachelor of Arts, major in Economics from the California State University and a MBA from the University of Phoenix, with track record in global accounts and freight management, including deep understanding of Korean strategic accounts in journey towards SCM excellence.
